National Accreditation For Our Innovative Marketing Framework

Red Button Marketing & Training's marketing strategy training course has been independently verified by The Institute of Leadership and Management, which means that it meets their world-class, evidence-based standards, the Five Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration.

This latest achievement adds to Red Button Marketing & Training’s success earlier this year when the same course was awarded CPD accreditation and underpins the course as an effective management training and support tool.

Margaret Bradshaw, owner of Red Button Marketing & Training innovated the framework that forms the basis of the course. Margaret says: “I’m incredibly proud that our workshop “Marketing Strategy: A Framework for Success” has been approved by The Institute of Leadership and Management. This is massive milestone in our journey and really recognises our hard work and dedication to bringing new thinking to the marketplace.

Being able to demonstrate that we cover all the main areas of learning and management development required by the Institute is a fantastic hallmark. When learners engage with us on our Business school, we pay their student fees and then upon completion of our course gain Associate membership to the Institute. Our course is one of the pathways for people to access membership including use of the excellent resources, like MyLeadership available from the Institute.

We are extremely proud to be recognised in this way and are now eager to welcome more business owners to engage as part of their own growth and development.”

Gaynor Lewis, Head of Commercial Development at the Institute of Leadership & Management: “We’re delighted to provide Institute Approved recognition for Red Button Marketing & Training’s programme.  This ensures all delegates receive access to award-winning leadership resources to support them in thinking strategically about marketing and being effective and confident leaders of their teams.”

Margaret developed the workshops in 2019 using a unique methodology for marketing strategy that she innovated when she started the business 3 years ago. Margaret identified an opportunity to empower business owners to embrace a new way to plan so that the return on investment in marketing activity could be improved.

Margaret added “By joining our Business School and attending a training course, businesses are benefiting in two ways. First from their investment in marketing activity, but perhaps more importantly from their investment in their people. We have found that past delegates have observed an increase in motivation and real sense of empowerment.”

Last year Margaret delivered workshops to a range of businesses which gave her the opportunity to fine tune and enhance the offering. The purpose was to give a solid framework that a business could use at the starting point of their marketing journey, and as a continuous platform for measuring and tracking results.
