& Connect Catch-up

For our first Discover & Connect event, we met up in Darlington town centre on Wednesday 4th September.

Sitting in Banqo, a lovely café that can be found in Darlington Market, our group had a fantastic chat around an infographic featured on Marketing Week’s LinkedIn page, illustrating the frequency of certain answers to the question, “Which qualities are going to be most critical for B2B marketing leaders over the next three years?”.

In response, one of our guests shared that “creativity” coming in third place was interesting, while another thought that “resilience” was ranked too low.

Taking a look at the infographic later on, our Digital Marketing & Training Administrator noted that several of these qualities overlapped with one another, with some arguably depending on one another (such as critical thinking and problem-solving).
