Case Study: Aircon Group
Aircon Group is an award winning, business to business provider of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilation, offering a full solution of installation, modernisation, repair, maintenance, 24-hour servicing and equipment hire. The company prides themselves delivering the highest possible standards and as such customer service is of great importance to them.
We hear from Sales Manager, Erica Johnson, who very kindly provided us with this testimonial.
"Kurt Lewin talked about ‘A process of change’, a process that had a clear starting point and a clear end goal, however with advances in technology, Covid and the introduction of hybrid working, employees increasing career aspirations, the introduction of social value, sustainability, and much more besides, Change is a continually evolving process.
On a positive note, change means growth opportunities, at Aircon Group we have an ambition to grow and introduce new services as customer expectations change, the service that Mag’s provides at Red Button Marketing Training provides the perfect to solution to our business needs.
The Aircon Group initially sourced Mags' services to support us with improving customer service, we soon discovered that delivering this workshop to all office based staff and new starters helped us to set expectations and promote the key values of the company and is now a key factor in the induction process for new starters but it also gave existing employees an opportunity to share their ideas and thoughts on how the business could improve and Mag’s has shared these in her feedback to Management.
Recognising that engineers are Aircon Group’s front-line contact with customers, it was important that they too lived the values, spoke to clients in a manner the business would expect but also to be able to identify new opportunities for the Aircon Group within the site they were working at or at neighbouring properties.
Mags has developed bespoke training for the Aircon Group based around her Red Button Theory. It is easy for employees to understand what role they play and how they fit into the bigger picture of the Aircon Group as a whole. To support the Red Button Theory Mag’s has developed a software package which currently sits within our Sales and Marketing team, enabling sales and marketing plans to be developed and tasks set which encompass all the services offered by the group and incorporate the directive delivered in the training.
The Aircon Group would recommend Mags and Red Button Marketing Training to any business with growth plans who are committed to supporting their employees through change."
If you are interested in training for your business, we'd love to hear from you!
